Warranty Coverage: 

Rowe Fence LLC provides a 2-Year Workmanship Warranty on all labor associated with the installation of fences and related services. This warranty covers defects in workmanship only and ensures that the installation was performed according to industry standards and specifications. 

Exclusions: 

This warranty does not cover: 

1. Damage from external forces such as storms, accidents, vandalism, or other acts of nature.
2. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to fading, discoloration, or surface deterioration over time.
3. Damage caused by improper maintenance, neglect, or failure to follow our recommended care and maintenance guidelines.
4. Changes in ground conditions, such as soil erosion, settling, or flooding, that affect the integrity of the installation.
5. Damage from pets, wildlife, or human interference, including but not limited to chewing, scratching, or destruction of the fence by animals or people.
6. Workmanship involving materials not supplied by Rowe Fence LLC or third-party modifications.
7. Theft or vandalism that affects the fence after installation.
   
   

Warranty Period: 

The 2-year warranty begins on the date of completion of installation and is valid for two years from this date. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the installed fence. 

Warranty Claims: 

To file a claim under this warranty, please contact Rowe Fence LLC at (804) 477-4639. Upon receiving your claim, we will inspect the installation and, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected areas covered by the warranty. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of discovering the defect. 

Limitation of Liability: 

Rowe Fence LLC’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective workmanship. We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the defect, including but not limited to damage to property, loss of use, or other indirect losses.
